How do I order?

Retail Clients (Private Individuals):

There are three options:

    1. Use the shopping cart feature on our website
    2. Send an email to info@gradwellwines.com to place your order
    3. Call 416-669-7215 to speak directly with us. We are pleased to answer any questions you may have

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfer

Licensees:

We are happy to partner with and ship our wines to restaurants all over Ontario

What is the Minimum Order?

The minimum order is 1 full case, as they are packed by the supplier. Cases are made up of 6 or 12 bottles, depending on the supplier. Case sizes are indemnified on each product on our website.

If you would like to order a mixed case, please see our current specials. Ontario liquor laws do not allow the consumer to assemble their own cases of individual bottles.

Why do I have to order wine by the Case?

Due to Ontario’s liquor laws, we cannot sell single bottles or partial cases.

Do you offer mixed cases?

Yes. Please view our website and online shop for current mixed case offerings.

Where do you deliver?

We are licensed to sell and deliver wines in the province of Ontario. We can deliver wine anywhere in the province. For orders elsewhere in Canada, please contact us for a list of our partners in other provinces.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Within the Greater Toronto/Hamilton/Niagara area:

Standard delivery is $15.00 per order. Shipping rates are subject to change outside of this area.

Customers who sign up for our mailing list receive free delivery (up to $15.00). Sign up here.

Free delivery if you order 3 or more cases.

Any order over 400 earns you free shipping. Pick-up is also free (3 days’ notice). We run special free shipping promotions.

What if I don’t like the wine I have ordered?

We will return any unopened bottles, where the capsule has not been removed or tampered with, for a credit towards a future order. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

What happens if the wine is faulted?

We will return wine that is determined to be faulted for a credit toward a future order.

I would like to buy a wine that is not listed on your website. What should I do?

Do you have a complete list of wines available from Gradwell Wines?
