Retail Clients (private individuals):
There are 2 options:

    • Send an email to info@gradwellwines.com to place your order
    • Call 416 669 7215 to speak directly to us. We are also pleased to answer any questions you may have
    • Payment is not necessary to place an order
    • Once you place an order, we will follow up within 24 hours to confirm product availability. At that time, we will also discuss payment arrangements and delivery options
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfer

Licensees:

  • Call 416 669 7215 to speak directly to us. We are available to set up appointments for consultations and tastings
The minimum order is 1 full case as they are packed by the supplier. Cases are made up of 6 or 12 bottles, depending on the supplier. Case sizes are identified on each product on our website.
Due to Ontario liquor laws, we cannot sell single bottles, mixed or partial cases.

Within the Greater Toronto/Hamilton/Niagara areas: 

  • No charge on orders of $350 or more (before HST)
  • Orders under $350 (before HST) the delivery charge is $20 (plus HST)

The wines listed on our website are only available for purchase directly through Gradwell Wines.

We will return any unopened bottles, where the capsule has not been removed or tampered with, for a credit towards a future order.  We will accept returns within 6 months of purchase.

We will return wine that is determined to be faulted for a credit towards a future order.
