This Barolo DOCG is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes.  This wine has a bright ruby red colour when it is young.  The nose is complex, with intense floral aromas with hints of spice and liquorice. With the aging, it reveals typical aromas of dried flowers and spices, while the taste is warm and fragrant, with well-blended tannins, then it opens up and has an extremely long and soft finish. This is an important wine, for true connoisseurs and stronger dishes.
